Gold Coast Wake Park is the brain child of 3-time World Champion Daniel Watkins, who had a vision to build the Gold Coast a world class wakeboarding attraction. It offers guests from all around the world the opportunity to learn to effortlessly glide across the top of the water in an affordable, safe and fun environment. Whether you’re into skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding or just looking to have a good time on the lake and learn something new, you will find something for the whole family at Gold Coast Wake Park. On the edge of the beautiful lake is a fully licensed bar and restaurant open 7 days for breakfast and lunch.

Main Cable

Our full size cable can take 8 riders at any one time. Falling off is all a part of the fun and this happens regularly so new riders are always loading up and taking off. On busy days we will limit the ride to 3 laps so everyone can get a turn. There are 8 obstacles in the lake that advanced riders can hit.

Second Cable

The second cable has just arrived in December 2018! This 2nd dedicated cable is ideal for beginners as it runs at a slower speed all the time*. What’s more, the operators and dock hands are trained to help you learn how to wakeboard! *Please note, times of the second cable running may vary depending on demand and season.
